Thomas Archer Update — October 28, 2020

In-line with the State Government’s easing of COVID restrictions, Thomas Archer have implemented the below with our COVID Safe Management Plan still in place.

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation over the coming weeks and advise of additional easing of restrictions and what these means as they occur.

Head Office

• At this point most Head Office staff will continue to work from home with no disruption in communication and video conferencing available as required.
• All administrative and pre-construction management work will continue as usual.
• All design work will also continue as usual with video conferencing available to discuss design, changes and plans.

Style Selection Appointments

Selection appointments can now recommence at our Style Studio. We have been busy preparing our studio in readiness for this news and will be in touch to organise your style selection appointment. These will again be held in-line with Thomas Archer’s COVID safe plan and we ask everyone who attends their appointment to:

• Register their names and number on entry of appointment
• Sanitise your hands upon entering
• Wear a face mask throughout the duration of your appointment
• Reschedule your appointment should you not be feeling well or be presenting any COVID-19 symptoms

We will also be asking everyone to be mindful of and practice social distancing principles throughout your appointment.

Open House Viewings

Our stunning Gallery residence is now open for viewing. All Open House walk-throughs will be again conducted with COVID safe principles with visitors asked to wear a mask at all times and make use of sanitising stations. Our team will record all visits, logging them within our COVID safe app.

On Site

Restrictions on site have been lifted allowing as many trades as required on site to progress through their work. This has been activated at all Thomas Archer sites in-line with the following COVID safe plan:

• Enhanced PPE to be worn and continued availability of sanitisers.
• All staff and contractors are required to log in through our ‘Keep COVID Safe’ portal on entering each site to ensure accurate records of work site visitors.
• For the meantime, supervisors will continue to facetime clients for meetings, providing a virtual review of the progress of their home.

Site Inspections and Handover

At this stage all onsite inspections and handover inspections will be managed virtually. Your Site Supervisor will be in touch discuss details.
